About the pre-k class:
For 3 & 4 years old artists, the most important experience we can give the kids is learning and experimenting with the materials. These classes are mixed media and cover painting, drawing, collage, printmaking, clay and construction. These classes all include quick introductions to artists or art history which relates to the materials and/or project.

K-2nd Grade

About this class:
5 to 7 year old artists will have a blast experimenting with new materials and techniques while creating from their own experience.
We cover drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, clay and construction. All classes incorporate short lessons on artists or art history which relates to the materials and/or project.

3rd - 5th Grade

About this class:
8 to 10 year old artists will have the opportunity to start working with more sophisticated materials and techniques. Here, drawing introduces messy charcoal  and painting introduces acrylics rather than tempera. Artists and art history are woven into lessons. We cover drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, clay and construction. 

6th - 8th Grade

About Drawing:
Drawing classes are for older kids that are ready to take their drawing skills to the next level. They will practice observational drawing skills utilizing line, shading, contour, & perspective. Drawings will be completed with various black and white and colored media.   

9th - 12th Grade
